Terms of Service
Last updated September 28, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Thurdly (“Thurdly,” “we,” “us”) covering thurdly.com and the Thurdly apps. By using Thurdly, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Who can use Thurdly
You must be at least 18. If you create an account, keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on it. Drinking at venues is subject to their age rules and the law where you are.
Your content
You own what you post: plans, names, comments, suggestions, and replies. You give us permission to store, display, and share it as needed to run Thurdly, for example showing your suggestion to everyone on the plan. Anyone with a plan's link can see its guests and their posts, so don't post anything you want kept private.
What's not allowed
Don't use Thurdly to post or send anything that:
- Harasses, threatens, bullies, or demeans anyone, including hate based on who they are.
- Is sexually explicit, violent, or illegal, or promotes illegal activity.
- Is spam or a scam, impersonates someone, or shares someone else's private information.
Also don't try to break, overload, scrape, or get unauthorized access to Thurdly. Text invites may only go to people who'd expect to hear from you.
Reporting and removal
Anyone can report a guest, comment, suggestion, or reply with the flag button on a plan, or by emailing support@thurdly.com. Plan hosts can remove and block guests. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, usually within 24 hours.
Venues, events, and itineraries
Itineraries are suggestions generated partly by AI from third-party data (Google, Foursquare, Ticketmaster, Eventbrite). Hours, prices, availability, and details can be wrong or out of date, so check with the venue. We don't run or endorse the venues, and reservations or purchases are between you and them. Please drink responsibly and plan a safe ride home.
Ending your use
You can stop using Thurdly and delete your account anytime from Account settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect others.
Disclaimers and liability
Thurdly is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Thurdly isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything that happens at a venue or event. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 or what you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is more.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Thurdly after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
